Yes. Earn up to 5% cashback on every item, valid for 60 days after delivery. You'll receive an email once your cashback is ready to use.

Orders can be cancelled before processing begins — message us as soon as possible and we'll stop it if we can.

Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, and it falls under our exchange policy instead. If a parcel is refused at delivery, we aren't able to refund or compensate the order.

Occasionally we have to cancel an order — usually because the item sold out, a price was listed in error, or a payment was declined. We'll always contact you when this happens.

We deliver across Pakistan within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Please allow 5–15 business days. Each piece is stitched to order, so it takes a little longer than a ready-to-wear item.

Free on orders over PKR 4,999. A flat shipping fee applies below that, calculated at checkout.

You'll get an SMS or email with tracking details as soon as your parcel ships. If you chose Cash on Delivery, that message also confirms the amount due to the courier.

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that returns and exchanges aren't available on international orders, so do check sizing carefully before you order — and reach us on WhatsApp if you'd like help choosing.

Exchange any full-price item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item should be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In original condition, with packaging intact
• Price labels and tags still attached

If your item meets those conditions, the exchange is straightforward — we won't ask you why.

It means exactly what it says for an item that is still unopened and unused, with tags and packaging intact. Bring it back within 30 days and we'll exchange it — you don't need to explain yourself, and we won't make you justify the decision.

What it doesn't cover is an item that has been worn, washed or used, or one that falls outside the exclusions below. Those are the only conditions, and they're listed in full on this page.

Message us on WhatsApp at +92-316-7770-770 with your order number, or email hello@thelinen.company, and our team will arrange the rest.

You can also exchange in person at any The Linen Company store within 30 days — just bring your original receipt.

We don't offer cash refunds. If an item has a quality issue or a manufacturing defect, you can choose an exchange or an online shopping voucher of the same value.

A refund is only processed in the rare case where a replacement is out of stock. Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

These are final sale and can't be exchanged or refunded:

No — 30 days from delivery is the window, and we're not able to extend it. If you're close to the deadline, message us on WhatsApp and we'll get the exchange started before the clock runs out.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility — you can either bring the item to one of our stores or send it to our warehouse at your own expense.

Contact us straight away and we'll put it right. It helps enormously if you photograph the parcel and invoice before opening — it lets us resolve things in one message rather than several.

Every product page has a Size Chart link beside the size options, with measurements for that specific piece. Sizes vary a little between styles, so it's worth checking the chart on the product you're buying rather than assuming.

Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.
