Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges – Within 30 Days
- Products purchased at full price are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, with:
- All original packaging
- Price labels
- Retail Store Exchange: Bring the receipt to any of our outlets.
- Online Orders:

Our team will guide you through a smooth exchange.
Refunds – Within 14 Days
- Full-priced items can be returned for a cash refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the item is received and inspected.
- To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, price tags, and inserts must be intact
- Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but are subject to the exchange policy.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details and COD amount.
- The Linen Company may cancel orders due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues (e.g. card declined)
Important:
If you refuse to accept an order at the time of delivery, we are not liable for a refund or compensation.
International Orders
- Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
- If your item is incorrect or damaged, contact our customer service for support.
- Tip: Before opening your order, photograph the package and invoice. Keep these on hand to help us resolve any issues quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products bought on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
