Exchanges – Within 30 Days
Products purchased at full price are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
Items must be in their original, unused condition, with:

All original packaging

Price labels attached
Please note:

We do not offer exchanges for products simply because the customer has changed their mind or no longer likes the design.

Exchanges can only be processed if the customer brings the product to one of our retail stores or sends it to our warehouse at their own expense.
Retail Store Exchange:
Bring your receipt to any of our outlets to request an exchange.
Online Orders:
Email us at hello@thelinen.company or WhatsApp/Call us at +92 316 7770770 to initiate the process.
Our team will guide you through a smooth exchange experience.
Refunds – Within 14 Days
Full-priced items are eligible for a cash refund within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

All original packaging, price tags, and inserts must be intact
Please note:

Refunds cannot be issued for reasons such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with a design.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but are subject to the exchange policy.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details and COD amount.
- The Linen Company may cancel orders due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues (e.g. card declined)
Important:
If you refuse to accept an order at the time of delivery, we are not liable for a refund or compensation.
International Orders
- Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
- If your item is incorrect or damaged, contact our customer service for support.
- Tip: Before opening your order, photograph the package and invoice. Keep these on hand to help us resolve any issues quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products bought on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
